Experience Guide is a Denver based group lodging and experience company. We own and operate private group homes built for parties and big crews, and we layer in our own chauffeured transportation, private chefs and trip planning so your whole weekend runs through one team.

We've been hosting groups in Denver for over 15 years. We're locally owned and operated, so the people planning your trip actually live here and know the city.

Most hosts hand you a door code and disappear. We hand you a door code and then plan the rest of your weekend. Our homes are designed for groups with game rooms, theaters and hot tubs, and our in house drivers, chefs and planners can add transportation, Culinary Parties and full itineraries. One company, one point of contact.

No. We're not a marketplace piecing together outside vendors. The homes, the vans, the chef team and the planners are all Experience Guide, which is why the service stays consistent from arrival to checkout.

Groups of up to 50. Individual homes sleep 20 to 30 guests, and the RiNo Compound combines two neighboring RiNo homes with 30 beds for groups of up to 50.

Four homes are in Denver's RiNo, Curtis Park, Cole and Sunnyside neighborhoods, close to bars, breweries, Coors Field and downtown. The Red Rocks Artist Retreat is a mountain estate in Evergreen, about 30 minutes from Denver and 10 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Peak season weekends typically have a 3 night minimum and a 12 guest minimum. Midweek, off season and smaller group stays are often available, so ask about your dates. The responsible renter must be 21+ with a valid ID and matching credit card.

Yes. Our own chauffeured shuttle vans, stretch limos and Tesla SUVs handle airport pickups, Red Rocks, brewery crawls, nightlife and custom itineraries. Shuttle vans start at $149/hour with a driver. See transportation options.

Yes. Our in house chef team runs Culinary Parties starting at $149/person, including the Ultimate Pizza Party, Baller Brunch, Taste of Italy and more. Bartender service is available too.

Every home has a private hot tub. Depending on the house you'll find game rooms with pool tables and beer pong, projector theaters, smart lighting, Sonos audio, shuffleboard, arcade games and backyard grills. Red Rocks Artist Retreat also has a professional recording studio.

Absolutely. We run group shuttles to Red Rocks, host Red Rocks Lot Parties with food and drinks in the lot, and our Red Rocks Artist Retreat is just 10 miles from the amphitheatre.

Yes, our homes are cannabis friendly for guests 21+ with responsible use expectations. Tobacco is not allowed inside, and pets are not permitted.
