ACCESSIBILITY

CHECKING IN

• Check in time is 4:00pm. A valid, government-issued ID is required upon check in.
• Your Personal Concierge will welcome you at the house, give you a tour of the property, handoff the keys, and then leave you to your privacy.

• This home is located in one of Denver’s fastest growing neighborhoods (Highlands/Sunnyside) and is within walking distance to some of the best bars, breweries and restaurants in Denver.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

• Our guests receive exclusive access to our fleet of chauffeured Mercedes Sprinter Vans (12 & 15 passenger options, $179-$189/hr.)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Check-in time is 2:00pm.
• Check-out time is 12:00pm.
• Minimum stay of 3-nights is required on weekends in peak season.

OCCUPANCY-BASED RATES

• Rates are based on occupancy.
• The reservation should accurately reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property.
• Only two (2) guests are included in the base rate.
• Each additional guest is subject to an accommodation fee of $50/person per night thereafter.
• When booking your reservation online, please be sure to include the total number of guests in your party so we can guarantee your experience will include sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, toiletries, towels, etc.

HOUSE RULES

• Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the property, and on the front porch.
• Cannabis is OK as long as it’s consumed responsibly and does not cause any nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.
• Pets are strictly prohibited.
• Please remove your shoes before entering the house.
• Additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.

REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
• Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.
• Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250/person per occurrence.
