HOUSE RULES

• 🚫 Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• ✅ Cannabis is OK as long as it’s consumed responsibly and does not cause nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.
• 🐩 Pets are strictly prohibited.
• 👟 Please remove your shoes before entering the house.
• 📝 Incidental fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken and/or if any damage is caused to the property or furniture.

OCCUPANCY-BASED RATES 

• 💰 Rates are based on occupancy.
• 📝 The reservation should accurately reflect the total number of people who will be entering the property.
• ✌️ The first two (2) guests are included in the base rate.
• 🕺 Each additional guest is subject to an accommodation fee of $50/person per night thereafter.
• ✔️ When booking your reservation online, please be sure to include the total number of guests in your party so we can guarantee your experience will include sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, toiletries, towels, etc

CHECKING IN

• ⏰ Check in time is 4:00pm. A valid, government-issued ID is required upon check in.
• 🤝 Your Personal Concierge will welcome you at the property, provide a quick tour of the property, handoff the keys, and then leave you to your privacy.
• ➡️ Check out time is 11:00am.
• ☑️ Minimum stay of 3-nights is required on most weekends in peak season. (Inquire for details.)

ACCESSIBILITY

👉 Guests will have access to the full property. This property is not wheelchair accessible.

REQUIREMENTS

• 📝 Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
• 📝 Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.
• 📝 Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250 per person, per occurrence.
