Q: How much do I have to pay to book a house?
A: 60+ days before arrival: Pay 25% upfront; remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
•Within 60 days: Full payment is required at booking.

Q: Do you offer discounts for booking multiple properties?
A: Yes, contact us for group-rate details prior to booking.
Check-In/Out
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in: 4:00 PM (2:00 PM for direct bookings).
•Check-out: 11:00 AM (12:00 PM for direct bookings).
Q: Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
A: Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, especially for third-party bookings.

A: Prices start at $149/hour, including a professional chauffeur.

A: No, a 20% gratuity is added at booking.
Q: Can I rent a vehicle to drive myself?
A: Yes, we offer Tesla and Rivian rentals for $249/day with unlimited miles and charging.

Q: What is your transportation cancellation policy?
A: Payments for transportation are non-refundable.
Q: Can we consume alcohol or cannabis in the vehicle?
A: Alcohol is allowed for 21+ guests. Cannabis consumption requires additional fees and must occur outside the vehicle.

A: No, pets are prohibited.
