Yes. Groups up to 30 can stay in one home at Sunnyside Compound or RiNo Party Palace. Groups up to 50 can stay at the RiNo Compound, two neighboring homes on the same block.
How much does lodging cost for a church group of 30?
Sunnyside Compound and RiNo Party Palace are $7,500 for a 4-night weekend (4th night free) or $3,750 midweek. For 30 overnight guests on a weekend, that is about $63 per person per night.
Some of the homes have party names. Are they right for a church group?
Yes. The names come from the neighborhood's fun energy, but these are private homes and your group has the entire property to itself. No shared lobbies or hallways with strangers, and plenty of space for worship, games, and family-style meals.
Do you have space for worship, Bible study, or group meetings?
Yes. Every home has large shared living areas, and most have patios or yards. Red Rocks Artist Retreat also has a music room for worship teams.
Can youth groups with minors stay?
Yes, with responsible adult supervision and an accurate overnight guest count. The RiNo Compound is a great fit for splitting students and leaders between two homes.
Can we cook our own meals?
Yes. Every home has a full kitchen, and the RiNo Compound has two. We can also pre-stock groceries before you arrive.
