What is included in the $7,500 Epic Weekend Package?+
The Epic Weekend Package includes four nights at RiNo Party Palace, Sunnyside Compound
or Red Rocks Artist Retreat, six hours of private chauffeured transportation and the
full VIP Experience Package. The fourth night is included complimentary.
What is included in the $3,750 Epic Weekday Package?+
The Epic Weekday Package includes three nights at RiNo Party Palace, Sunnyside Compound
or Red Rocks Artist Retreat, Monday through Thursday, plus six hours of private
chauffeured transportation and the full VIP Experience Package.
Is the Weekday Package really 50% less?+
Yes. The Epic Weekday Package is $3,750 compared with the $7,500 Epic Weekend Package.
The weekday stay is three nights from Monday through Thursday, while the Weekend Package
is a four-night stay with the fourth night included complimentary.
Why is the weekday package less expensive?+
Monday-through-Thursday dates generally carry lower lodging demand than traditional
bachelor-party weekends, which allows Experience Guide to offer the weekday package
at a substantially lower rate.
Does the package price change depending on the property?+
Yes. RiNo Party Palace, Sunnyside Compound and Red Rocks Artist Retreat are $7,500 for
the four-night weekend or $3,750 Monday through Thursday. Vibe City and RiNo Villa are
priced 15% lower at $6,375 for the weekend or $3,195 Monday through Thursday. RiNo Compound is quoted custom for your dates and group size.
Is there a discount for paying in full?+
Yes. Pay your lodging in full on any stay of three nights or more and save 10%: about $320 on a $3,195 weekday and $638 on a $6,375 weekend at RiNo Villa and Vibe City, or $375 on $3,750 and $750 on $7,500 at the flagship homes.
How many guests can the Epic Bachelor Packages accommodate?+
RiNo Villa and Vibe City accommodate up to 20 guests. Red Rocks Artist Retreat accommodates up to 25 guests.
RiNo Party Palace and Sunnyside Compound accommodate up to 30. RiNo Compound
accommodates up to 50 guests.
How early should we reserve a popular bachelor weekend?+
The best move is to lock in the house as soon as the group agrees on dates.
Large-group houses have limited inventory, and the most desirable spring, summer
and fall weekends can disappear well before the trip. You can check current
package availability directly on this page.
Is Experience Guide primarily a lodging provider?+
Yes. Experience Guide starts with private large-group lodging. Our in-house
transportation, culinary and concierge services are designed to make the rest
of the bachelor weekend easier.
How does the included six-hour shuttle work?+
Epic Packages include six hours of private chauffeured transportation through the
Experience Guide fleet. Those hours can be used around one primary outing or divided
around the itinerary, depending on routing and vehicle availability.
Can we add more transportation?+
Yes. Additional transportation can be added directly through Experience Guide for
airport runs, nightlife, Red Rocks, golf, breweries, mountain outings and other plans.
Do you offer private chef or food experiences?+
What is included in the VIP Experience Package?+
The VIP Experience Package includes flexible arrival and departure options when
scheduling allows, a $250 credit toward Culinary Parties or extra chauffeured transportation, grocery and
beverage pre-stocking, concierge support and group amenities.
Can we customize any package?+
Absolutely. Start with any Epic Package, then add additional transportation,
Culinary Parties, Red Rocks plans, nightlife, golf, activities or other custom experiences.
What are the Gold Digger and Baller packages?+
Gold Digger and Baller are more structured four-night bachelor packages with additional
planned activities and experiences beyond the standard Epic Package framework.
Should we book online or customize the package first?+
Book online when your group is ready for a standard Epic Weekend or Weekday Package.
